Alexis L. Beamon
Alexis L. Beamon is a Democratic advocate with 17 years experience working as a volunteer recruiter and field organizer on local, state, and federal campaigns in Southern California. She is passionate about Education, Health Care, Animal Welfare. Alexis served the California Democratic Party as an Executive Board Member (2007-2009). She is a graduate of the LA African American Public Policy Institute and recently earned her MBA in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University.
Linda is a lifelong Democrat and activist for Democratic candidates with a particular focus on electing Democratic women working on issues facing women and low income people: health care and housing. She was President of the Venice Neighborhood Council (10 years), President of the Board of the Westside Women’s Health Center Santa Monica, President of the Board of the Crenshaw Consortium/LA Families in New Directions. Linda’s goal is to see Hillary Clinton elected as the 1st woman president of the USA!
Rosa has been a community advocate, political representative and grassroots organizer since 1978. She is open minded and passionate about helping to provide advancement for seniors, children and the community at large. She was a delegate at the Democratic National Convention in 2000, 2004, and 2012. She was awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award from the California Democratic Party (2013). Rosa is President of the 54th Assembly District Democratic Club.
Eran is District Staff Assistant for Congressman Brad Sherman of the U.S. House of Representatives (District 30). He previously served as Ambassador for State Senator Ben Allen (District 26), Volunteer Field Organizer for California Clean Money Campaign and Obama For America. He has served on the Board of Directors for Democrats for Israel – Los Angeles. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from UCLA.
Dr. Matt Albert
Matt has worked in education for close to two decades. He believes that all students deserve a top quality education. Matt has taught graduate level courses on child and adolescent development, has taught courses on American Government and Constitutional Law. He is currently an instructor at UCLA, teaching a course on School Business Administration. Matt founded New LA Charter Schools in 2008 in order to provide a high quality public education for Mid-City children.
Julio C. Esperias, Jr.
Julio is an Account Manager for an LA-based, minority-owned marketing, public relations and public affairs consulting firm with expertise in the areas of public communications, media relations, strategic planning, political guidance, and community relations. He served as an Assembly District Delegate for the 59th District (Reggie Jones-Sawyer) and is a member of the California Democratic Party Chicano Latino Caucus. Julio was born and raised in South LA.
